Use of the platform
By using the website, platform, search results, detail pages, maps, analyses, reports, exports, downloads, CSV files, APIs, or documentation, you accept these terms.
The platform is intended for professional use. You remain responsible for any use of data, results, exports, downloads, API responses, contact details, links, and integrations.
Permitted use
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance and in writing, SyndicData may only be used for internal analysis, evaluation, market research, reporting, and preparation within your own organization.
Any other use requires prior, express, written permission. This also applies when certain data is technically visible, searchable, downloadable, exportable, or available through an API.
Permission can never be relied on for use that is prohibited by law, privacy rules, database rights, contractual restrictions, data conditions, or third-party rights.
Exports, downloads, and API data
Exports, downloads, CSV files, and API responses are technical tools only to enable permitted internal analysis. They do not grant any ownership right, database right, transfer right, or independent reuse right in the data.
Without prior, express, written permission, it is prohibited to use SyndicData data for operational activation, commercial campaigns, direct marketing, outreach, sales automation, call lists, mailing lists, CRM activation, external lead lists, data enrichment for third parties, benchmarking for third parties, publication, redistribution, model training, or building another database or data service.
An account, subscription, export button, download link, CSV file, API key, or technical availability of data never counts as permission to deviate from these restrictions.
No scraping, copying, or database reconstruction
It is prohibited to scrape, crawl, index, copy, harvest, take over, collect, reconstruct, or systematically read all or part of SyndicData, the website, the platform, search results, detail pages, maps, exports, downloads, APIs, or underlying data.
This prohibition applies regardless of method: automated, semi-automated, or manual, with or without technical tools, including through bots, scripts, crawlers, browser extensions, screenshots, copy-paste, retyping, repeated individual lookups, manual entry, or any other method.
In particular, it is prohibited to collect or take over data, even manually, with the purpose or effect of creating, supplementing, reproducing, or redistributing a list, file, database, lead set, CRM population, enrichment set, competing product, or similar data service.
No transfer to third parties
Data, exports, downloads, reports, and API data may not be transferred, sold, rented, published, shared, or made externally available to third parties unless expressly permitted in writing beforehand.
Use by external service providers, consultants, marketing agencies, data partners, CRM providers, or automation platforms is only permitted when they act solely on your behalf and when this has been approved in writing beforehand or contractually provided for.
Data quality and no warranties
SyndicData may combine, structure, check, link, match, enrich, filter, and present data. The exact composition, selection, processing method, and update frequency of data are part of the platform operation and are not separately guaranteed or disclosed, except where legally required or expressly stated.
SyndicData is provided as available and without any specific warranty. We do not guarantee that data, analyses, search results, filters, maps, links, matches, exports, downloads, CSV files, API responses, reports, or documentation are complete, error-free, current, continuously available, correctly linked, correctly classified, or suitable for a specific purpose.
Data may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, wrongly linked, wrongly classified, temporarily missing, or updated with delay. You must always assess and verify data yourself before operational, commercial, legal, contractual, or technical use.
Availability, interruptions, and data loss
We aim for good operation of the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Data, features, exports, downloads, APIs, limits, plans, reports, filters, documentation, links, or parts of the platform may be temporarily or permanently changed, limited, interrupted, delayed, malfunctioning, or discontinued.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for downtime, maintenance, outages, delays, malfunctioning, API errors, export errors, download issues, integration issues, security incidents, loss or corruption of data, loss of access, loss of exports, loss of API keys, loss of logs, or loss of information stored or processed by you.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies, backups, logs, exports, and integrations that you consider important. SyndicData is not an archive, backup, or retention system for your own data or workflows.
Personal data
If data contains personal data, you remain responsible for any use after viewing, export, download, storage, or integration. Personal data may not be used for prohibited direct marketing purposes or other processing that conflicts with applicable law or these terms.
You must take appropriate technical, organizational, and legal measures to ensure that your staff, users, service providers, and customers comply with these terms, privacy rules, and applicable restrictions.
Suspension and measures
If we suspect abuse, excessive extraction, scraping, manual or automated copying of data, unauthorized redistribution, prohibited data use, security risks, non-payment, or breach of these terms, we may immediately limit, suspend, or terminate access to the platform, exports, downloads, or APIs without prior notice and without any right to refund.
Intellectual property
All rights in SyndicData, including software, design, structure, selection, enrichments, analyses, documentation, APIs, reports, and presentation method, remain reserved. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use SyndicData within these terms.
Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, lost revenue, reputational damage, data loss, loss of goodwill, missed opportunities, business interruption, costs of recovery or substitute services, or damage arising from the use of or reliance on SyndicData data, search results, maps, filters, analyses, exports, downloads, API responses, reports, or documentation.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You indemnify us against claims, damages, fines, costs, and actions arising from your use of SyndicData in breach of these terms or applicable law, including misuse of exports or API data, unauthorized transfer, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful processing of personal data.
Changes
We may change these terms for legal, technical, commercial, or operational reasons. The latest version is available on the website. By continuing to use SyndicData after changes, you accept the changed terms.
